Maintenance Recommendations

To preserve the quality and longevity of your Ciak chair, we recommend the following care:

• Aluminum Frame: Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid cleaners containing alcohol, ammonia, or solvents. In coastal areas, frequent rinsing with fresh water is essential.
• Technical Fabric: Avoid contact with oily substances or dyes. For regular cleaning, use neutral PH liquid detergent and water below 30°C. If using a pressure washer, maintain a distance of at least 60-70 cm.
• Stain Removal: For deep cleaning of the fabric, apply a PVC-specific stain remover for 15-30 minutes, scrub with a stiff-bristled brush, and rinse thoroughly. Avoid getting specialized cleaners on the painted frame.
• Seasonal Care: Store in a dry, sheltered place during winter months to protect the finish from extreme temperatures and condensation.

WARRANTY

As ICA, all our products come with a 1-year warranty or liability period starting from the date on the invoice, provided there is no user error.

After the product is delivered to the buyer, the product will be excluded from the warranty coverage in cases such as: damages and malfunctions occurring during moving, transportation, and use, or assembly and intervention performed on the product by parties other than our technical team, etc.

CANCELLATION / RETURN CONDITIONS

RIGHT TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS

We will guide you if you contact Icashop support for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order. Products customized according to your request cannot be returned as they have been personalized. Products must comply with the return conditions to be eligible for a refund.

RIGHT TO FREE RETURN

If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Your product will be inspected within 10 business days after it reaches our company, and a refund will be issued if it complies with the return conditions.
