Maintenance Recommendations

To ensure the lamp remains in pristine condition, we recommend periodic cleaning—especially in coastal or high-humidity areas. Use a soft cloth with water or a neutral detergent. To prevent condensation and maintain the finish, store the lamp in a dry, enclosed space during the winter months. For added protection before winter storage, metal surfaces can be treated with a thin layer of Vaseline oil or car wax.

WARRANTY

As ICA, all our products come with a 1-year warranty or liability period starting from the date on the invoice, provided there is no user error.

After the product is delivered to the buyer, the product will be excluded from the warranty coverage in cases such as: damages and malfunctions occurring during moving, transportation, and use, or assembly and intervention performed on the product by parties other than our technical team, etc.

Our delivery within Istanbul is free of charge.

CANCELLATION / RETURN CONDITIONS

RIGHT TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS

We will guide you if you contact Icashop support for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order. Products customized according to your request cannot be returned as they have been personalized. Products must comply with the return conditions to be eligible for a refund.

RIGHT TO FREE RETURN

If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Your product will be inspected within 10 business days after it reaches our company, and a refund will be issued if it complies with the return conditions.
