Maintenance Recommendations: To keep the product in good condition for a long time, we recommend cleaning it regularly; more frequently in very humid places with a marine climate. It is recommended to clean the surfaces with a soft cloth using water or mild detergents. Long-term and continuous exposure to intense UV radiation or very low temperatures may affect the initial characteristics of the colored coating made of polyester. We recommend cleaning and storing the products in sheltered places during winter and when they are not used for long periods.

As teak is a natural material, color changes or cracks may be observed due to moisture levels and sudden temperature changes. If it does not receive maintenance through the periodic application of common and specialized oil-based protective products, the surface will turn into a silvery-grey finish, which can be removed by light surface sanding followed by polishing with a hemp cloth. Small surface stains caused by oil or other food items should be removed immediately before the wood absorbs them by sanding the relevant area and polishing with a hemp cloth. When the wood gets wet for the first time, it is normal for the surface to become slightly rough upon drying; the initial polished effect can be restored by light surface sanding followed by polishing with a hemp cloth.

WARRANTY

As ICA, all our products come with a 1-year warranty or liability period starting from the date on the invoice, provided there is no user error.

After the product is delivered to the buyer, the product will be excluded from the warranty coverage in cases such as: damages and malfunctions occurring during moving, transportation, and use, or assembly and intervention performed on the product by parties other than our technical team, etc.

RIGHT TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS

We will guide you if you contact Icashop support for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order. Products customized according to your request cannot be returned as they have been personalized. Products must comply with the return conditions to be eligible for a refund.

RIGHT TO FREE RETURN

If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Your product will be inspected within 10 business days after it reaches our company, and a refund will be issued if it complies with the return conditions.
