Maintenance Recommendations: Avoid prolonged contact with oily substances and/or dyes that could be absorbed by the coating material, causing permanent staining and deterioration of the yarn structure. Frequent washing: use water and non-abrasive, colorless, neutral PH liquid detergents. If necessary, allow the detergent to react for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water not exceeding 30°C. If pressure devices are used, keep the diffuser tip at least 60/70 cm away from the product surface. Repeat the process if necessary. Periodic and/or extraordinary washing: Use a regenerative stain remover for PVC following the procedure below. Steps to take: - Apply the stain remover to the soiled fabric - Allow the product to act for 15-30 minutes - Scrub the stained area using a common stiff-bristled laundry brush (this step is necessary as the dirt is inside the weave) - Rinse with running water (if possible, use a high-pressure cleaner, leaving a distance of approximately 60 cm to avoid damaging the fabric with high pressure) Repeat your operations if necessary.
Note: While applying the product, take care not to apply it to the painted parts of the product.
WARRANTY
As ICA, all our products come with a 1-year warranty or liability period starting from the date on the invoice, provided there is no user error.
After the product is delivered to the buyer, the product will be excluded from the warranty coverage in cases such as: damages and malfunctions occurring during moving, transportation, and use, or assembly and intervention performed on the product by parties other than our technical team, etc.

RIGHT TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS
We will guide you if you contact Icashop support for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order. Products customized according to your request cannot be returned as they have been personalized. Products must comply with the return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
RIGHT TO FREE RETURN
If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Your product will be inspected within 10 business days after it reaches our company, and a refund will be issued if it complies with the return conditions.
