CANCELLATION / RETURN CONDITIONS
RIGHT TO RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS
We will guide you if you contact Icashop support for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order. Products customized according to your request cannot be returned as they have been personalized. Products must comply with the return conditions to be eligible for a refund.
RIGHT TO FREE RETURN
If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Your product will be inspected within 10 business days after it reaches our company, and a refund will be issued if it complies with the return conditions.
