We will guide you if you contact Icashop support for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order. If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.
