Products customized according to your request cannot be returned as they have been personalized. Products must comply with the return conditions to be eligible for a refund.

If you send the products you wish to return via the ICA logistics system for furniture, and via "Yurtiçi Kargo" for other products, no shipping fee will be charged. Shipments sent using a different cargo company with the recipient paying the shipping fee will not be accepted.
